Ramblings
Anyone else think I shouldn’t have touched my blog last night? I’m going to keep it short tonight.
Lew was daydreaming when he got out of the shower this morning. He dried his hair before his body. I ended up with a flashlight between my teeth, tweezing hair out of his belly opening.
He took Marley for [...]

Waisting Away . . .
Been wasting wake time wandering the internet. Anyone try typing in “happiness” in their search engine just to see what happens. You get very tangible results on ebay.com. Just thought I’d stock up for the weeks ahead.
Not much to talk about today. Lew went by himself to get his bloodwork done. Since he had never [...]

I Hereby Dub Thee . . .

A Quiet Day
It was a quiet day. Lew’s very tired but not quite as sore. The Grand Canyon is already looking better. He’s scarfing down food, but can’t keep up with his body’s energy needs. He’s down to 121 pounds.
The hospital sent Lew a “Feeling Better” card. It was signed by the prep nurse and the recovery [...]

A Christmas Snake
Today was mostly a quiet day. Lew woke up miserable. He’s kicking himself for overdoing while he was still numb. He felt a lot better after having his first shower (though he was quite nervous about water hitting the open area). He gave up the electric razor days ago and is now being more careful [...]

Texas!
I am so thankful that I started this blog. Being able to look back and see how things were . . . I’m so tired. This is so exhausting some times. Back after Dr. On-Call opened Lew up to drain the infection, I was so worn out. I’m that way again. I had gotten used [...]
