What a Wonderful Day!
We had a sublimely ordinary day! It was so wonderfully normal. Nothing special — just normal. Mid-afternoon, we decided to make the day extra-ordinary! For the first time in several months, we went out to dinner. And to make it even more special, we raised our glasses and wished each other a happy early thirty-second [...]

Chemo Resumed
Chemo took four and a half hours today. Lew’s doing well (except for trying to drink a cold Kool-Aid straight from the fridge). I’m tired. Will write tomorrow.

Finally! Good News!
We saw Dr. Kidney-Prostate today. We like this guy’s sense of humor. And, fortunately, he’s okay with ours.

Ordinary
Finally! Got last week’s biopsy results today. Ordinary tissue. Its a “normal” stricture where Lew was re-sectioned.
Given that the opening in Lew’s colon was about the size of a pinkie finger, it is now first priority on the “To Do” list. Dr. Colonoscopy and Dr. Colon Surgeon got together to decide how to deal with [...]
