Broke and Broken
One of the springs on the garage door broke.
The electric parking brake on my van broke.
Ya think (my) spring has sprung?
The joy of the last few days — we have hummingbirds! They are so much fun to watch.

What’s Happening
We had gone for an after dinner walk through the neighborhood. One house away from turning into our driveway, my chair veered right and stopped. I jiggled the joystick. Two feet, veered right and stopped. Changed gears. Made it to the bottom of the driveway, then veered right and stopped.

A Good Day
The brain-fairy visited Benny today! Today was the first time he didn’t bark at the mailman! I’ve been putting Milk Bones in the mail slot for a couple of weeks (when I’ve remembered). THE Phone Call
We saw Dr. Chemo last Wednesday. He already knew about Lew’s blood test, Dr. Kidney-Prostate had called him. He even went so far as to ask Dr. Chemo to talk with us about doing prostate-chemo (Can you say, “passing the buck”?).
